Every pool starts as a full 2D and 3D design of the whole yard, so you know exactly what you're getting and what it costs before a single machine turns up.

The honest part: we're not the cheapest, and we're not the crew for a liner swap, a pump repair or a weekly pool clean. This is full design and build work. If that's not what you're after, tell us and we'll point you at someone better suited.

We are an authorized ImmerSpa distributor and a certified installer of their pools, spas and cold plunges. Those are two different things and both matter.
The unit is only ever as good as the hole it goes in. Base, backfill, levels and plumbing runs are what decide whether it performs, and whether the manufacturer's warranty stands.
The unit comes direct rather than through a chain of middlemen, so lead times and specification are things we can actually answer on.
In-ground pools, built-in spas and cold plunges drawn as part of the whole space, not dropped into the middle of a lawn afterwards.
Straight up: fibreglass goes in faster and stays cleaner, but it is the shape it is manufactured in. If your yard needs a specific freeform outline, we will tell you that rather than sell you a shell that does not suit the space. More on that here →

Yes. We come out, walk the property with you, talk through what's possible and give you a budget range. No charge and no obligation. If you decide to go ahead, the full 2D and 3D design package is the next step and we'll explain exactly what that involves before you commit to anything.
Same working day. We're in the office Monday to Friday, 8 to 5, so an enquiry that lands Saturday night gets picked up Monday morning. Getting back to people is the thing we're known for and we're not going to be precious about it.
Yes, and that's the point of the visit. We cost from built-in kits, so we can put a genuine budget range in front of you in minutes rather than making you wait weeks. It's a budget, not a final quote. Site access, drainage, rock and material choices can move it, and we'll tell you which ones apply to your yard while we're standing in it.

It depends on the pool, the site and how much of the yard is in scope. What we will do is give you the schedule before we start rather than after, so you know what your summer looks like. Access, rock and weather are the things that move it, and we'll tell you which ones apply to your property while we're standing in it.

Earlier than most people expect. Design, permits and scheduling all happen before anything gets dug, and we run a full book through the season. Starting the conversation in autumn or winter is what gets you in the water for the summer rather than at the end of it.
