These are the terms for using this website. They are not the agreement for your project. If you go ahead with work, that is covered by the written quote and work agreement we sign with you, and if anything here disagrees with that agreement, the agreement wins.
You are welcome to browse the site, read it, and send us an enquiry. Please do not try to break it, scrape it, or use it to send anyone anything they did not ask for.
We keep the site accurate and up to date, but descriptions of services, materials, timelines and past projects are here to show you what we do. They are not a promise about your property. Every yard is different, and what is right for one site may not suit another.
Nothing on this site is a quote or a price, and nothing on it is a binding offer. A price for your project only exists once we have looked at it and given you a written quote.
The photographs, design renders, text and logos on this site belong to Creative Edge Landscaping Ltd. or are used with permission. Please do not reuse them without asking. Finished projects are shown as they were built for that property, in that light, at that time.
When you send us an enquiry you are telling us the details are yours to share and are accurate. How we handle what you send is covered by our privacy policy.
We link to other places, like our Instagram and suppliers we work with. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for what is on them.
We do not promise the site will always be available or error free. From time to time it may be down for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
To the extent the law allows, Creative Edge Landscaping Ltd. is not liable for loss arising from your use of this website or from relying on information on it.
