Blaine Cusack started in Vermilion, Alberta. He took the Landscape Architecture Tech program at NAIT in Edmonton in 2002, then spent two decades building yards around Vermilion and Lloydminster before the family moved west for the water in the autumn of 2021.
Why it matters to you
Most yards get split three ways. A designer draws it, a builder prices it, and somebody else looks after it afterwards. Every handover is a chance for something to get lost, and when it does, everyone points at the other two.
We do all three. One crew means one phone number, and one person who cannot pass the blame along.
Full 2D and 3D design first, so you see the whole yard and know the cost before anyone digs.
Our own crew, sourcing the stone, turf, plants and materials. Nothing gets subbed out and forgotten.
Maintenance once it is in, so the thing you paid for still looks like it did in year three.

Nine of them. These are the faces you will see in your driveway, not a stock photo of somebody else's team.
Straight up
We design and build whole outdoor spaces, and we keep our radius tight on purpose. If you want a crew an hour away, a mow-and-blow contract, or the cheapest number on the street, we are honestly the wrong call and we would rather say so now than three weeks in.
If you want the yard drawn properly, built by the people who drew it, and standing up in year five, that is the whole job.
Where we work
A crew that is an hour away turns into missed mornings and a job that drags. We stay where we can be on site properly.
