Creative Edge is an authorized ImmerSpa distributor and a certified installer. Worth explaining what that actually means, because "we install those" and "we are certified to install those" are not the same sentence.
Fibreglass pools and spas are manufactured units. The unit itself is only as good as the hole it goes in: the base, the backfill, the levels, the plumbing runs and how it is set. Certified installation means the crew has been trained on that specific product, and the manufacturer's warranty is not in question because of how it went in.
Being a distributor means the unit comes through us rather than through a chain of middlemen, so the lead time and the spec are things we can actually answer on.
A fibreglass unit goes in faster than a poured concrete pool, the surface is smoother, and it is easier to keep clean because there is less for algae to hold onto. If you want a pool in the ground this season rather than next, that matters.
Where it does not win is shape. A poured pool can be any outline you can draw. A fibreglass unit is the shape it is manufactured in. If your design needs a specific freeform outline to fit the yard, that is a real constraint and we will say so rather than talk you into a shell that does not suit the space.
They have gone from a curiosity to something people genuinely ask for, usually alongside a spa for contrast bathing. The design question is where it goes: close enough to the house to actually get used in February, sheltered enough that the walk out is not the reason you skip it, and set into the landscape rather than parked on the lawn.
A pool, spa or plunge is not a standalone purchase. It sits in a yard, and the yard is what you look at from the kitchen window for the other nine months. Deck levels, surround material, planting, screening and lighting decide whether the whole thing feels finished or feels like a unit that got dropped in.
That is the reason we design the whole space first and then build it, rather than installing a shell and leaving you to sort out the surroundings.
